Ingredients:
Crust:
Puff Pastry, eggwash
Filling: opt
Minced meat
Onion
Bell pepper
Garlic
Pepper n salt/ soy
Procedures:
1. Fry off filling.
2. Wrap filling with puff pastry. Brush the exterior with egg.
3. Bake 180C 20-25min until the pastry is golden and crispy.
