故事中,女主角經常吃炸雞啤酒,讓我也忍不住嘗試自己做一下。看著人家在電視裡吃,另一頭的我,一邊翹著腿,在沙發上捧著炸雞,這感覺實在是太爽了!
【韓式炸雞】Korean fried chicken
Ingredients:
Chicken wings/ drumsticks
Flour
Egg
Cornstarch
Sauce:
Thai sweet and chilli sauce
OR
korean chilli paste (Gochujang)
soy
honey
Procedures:
1. Season the chicken wings and flour with salt and pepper.
2. Dredge the wings in flour> egg mix and lastly cornstarch.
3. Heat the oil to 180C and deep fry the chicken wings.
4. For the sauce, mix the gochujang with soy, honey and a dash of water.
5. Reduce the sauce in a small saucepan and pour over the fried chicken to serve.
