【藍帶豬肉捲】Pork Cordon Bleu
Ingredients:
Pork loin (hammered)
Filling: Cheese slice, ham slice
Breading: Breadcrumbs, egg, flour
Procedures:
1. Roll the pork loin with cheese and ham inside.
2. Coat it with the breading.
3. Pan-fry with the oil covering half of the pork loin. Flip when one side is golden.
